Already successful Once Upon A Child franchisee’s, Kevin and Sara Allan saw the need to introduce Plato’s Closet to BC. “We opened the doors of Once Upon A Child Abbotsford back in November 2013 and found that our customers loved the option to buy and sell great items for their children, but wanted more options for their teens or even themselves,” Kevin said. “It felt like the most natural move was to open a Plato’s Closet.”
Opening day was a hit with 140 customers in line before the doors even opened! As expected, sales were strong all day with the check-out line wrapping around the entire store. Lululemon was the hottest brand of the day with items flying off the racks!
Plato’s Closet territories are going fast from Ontario to Alberta. British Columbia will be no exception now that Abbotsford is open so check out their new store and opportunities in your area!
