Our goal is to ensure this business is a good fit so there are a number of steps we’ll both take before committing to the franchise. Once you’ve been financially approved you’ll conduct your due diligence on the brand by visiting with a number of franchisees, touring stores and attending Discovery Day. Once we’ve mutually decided to move forward, franchise agreements will be signed and the process towards opening your store will begin.
#3: How Do You Choose a Location?
With nearly 1,200 locations we have extensive experience with real estate and will assist you with site selection. Real estate is covered on your first day of training to ensure the expectations on sites are defined and we have an idea on what may be available in your market. You will have access to both national and local real estate brokers who will work with you through the process.
#4: How Do You Learn the Operations of the Store?
One of the benefits to franchising is having access and full use of the business model. Most of our franchisees do not come from retail so you’ll be fully trained in all aspects of the business including advertising, merchandising, inventory management, staff management and more. We will help you learn the tips and tricks that make the store easier to manage and you’ll receive training on an ongoing basis through home office classes, online modules, regional meetings and national conferences.
