Congratulations to the mother-daughter team of Elizabeth Penttinen and
Laura Thompson who opened Edmonton’s first Plato’s Closet
on Thursday, Dec. 1. Despite very cold temperatures, customers were happy
to come out and shop the store, especially when they saw multiple racks
filled with popular Lululemon apparel.
The store opened earlier than expected because they had an overwhelming
amount of stock. “It has been amazing and very surprising because
it’s a new concept in Edmonton. We’re the only store like
it,” Thompson said.
