Our Training and Support
While a number of potential franchisees may be hesitant to take a shot at owning a franchise because they are not sure what to expect, this opportunity is perfect for anyone because of the training and support we offer. As soon as you sign the franchise agreement, you will be enrolled in the training program that offers more than 75 hours of classroom and in-store training. You’ll get the chance to learn employee management, operations, merchandising, buying and selling, and more.
Not only do new franchisees receive help regarding retail site selection, style and trend training, and business planning, they are also provided ongoing support so they can be sure they are kept up to date long after they’ve signed their agreement with us. This includes field operations and marketing and advertising, financial analysis and more. You will be afforded every opportunity to best represent the Plato’s Closet® brand and reach your goals from start to finish.
Once you’re financially approved by Winmark, you will begin the process of becoming a franchisee in the Plato’s Closet® brand.
