Once Upon A Child owner Chantelle Harder enjoyed a fantastic Plato’s Closet store opening Thursday, March 12, in Winnipeg, St. James. Despite chilly temperatures, more than 60 shoppers were waiting in line for the doors to officially open. And when they did, customers were thrilled to find great apparel, prizes, a deejay playing the latest tunes and a very fun shopping environment!
