Experienced multiple store owners Becky Finger and Kate Paynter opened their ninth Once Upon A Child in the Cincinnati, OH, market on Wednesday, April 23. (They’re also the owners of seven Plato’s Closet locations in the same area.) Two hundred customers were in line for the store opening along with face painters, balloon twisters and even Elsa who was busy greeting the kids.
